Welcome to the Families in Transition Program |
The mission of the FIT program is to identify students in transition, remove systemic barriers to their education, including school enrollment, transportation and reassignments, provide supplemental and counseling case management services as well as to provide linkages to their school social worker while maintaining school as the students stable environment.
