Step Two: Submitting Your Application Packet

You may either mail or deliver in person your completed application packet to:

Our office is open 8:00 am – 4:30 pm, Monday through Friday.

Here is a checklist of everything that you need to submit:

  • Completed employment application;
  • Original social security card;
  • Valid picture ID such as driver’s license;
  • Three references (on Osceola County School District forms) from your last supervisors;
  • High School diploma/GED or transcripts in a sealed envelope from the school, university or college attended reflecting graduation date;
  • A negative TB test or chest x-ray reading within the last 12 months;
