Electronic Resources
The 21st Century learner lives in a world of digital media. The School District of Osceola County gives it's students and teachers access to online resources that go beyond the printed reference materials in the school library by purchasing subscription services which offer various online databases, tools and reference centers.
The local school Media Center is still the place to go for research! Since encyclopedia sets in print are not available for students to check out of the library, digital reference resources have been made available 24/7, at school and at home. To access these electronic research and reference centers, students must visit their local school's Media Center, and request the log-in information from the school Media Specialist.
Teachers receive the log-information from the school Media Specialist, and then have access to professional resources numbering in the thousands! Lesson plans with guides, printable activities, puzzle makers, digital videos, and so much more.
In-depth information and a link to each resource are available by clicking on the Electronic Resource Help link on the left.
