Julius is a product of our local educational system, graduating from Poinciana High School. He attended Valencia Community College on a Bright Future Scholarship and graduated with an Associate of Arts degree before transferring to the University of Central where he earned his Bachelor of Science degree with a major in Microbiology and minor in Business Administration. Julius also attended Army basic training at Fort Benning, Georgia, and Combat Medic training at Fort Sam Houston, Texas.
Aside from serving as Vice Chair of the Osceola County School Board, Julius is an entrepreneur, author, and combat medic in the Army National Guard with the 2/116th Field Artillery Battalion in Lakeland. He also advises businesses on optimization and procedural improvement.
The better part of Julius’ personal life is centered on his family--his wife Marjorie and his three children, Anthony, Gabriela and recent addition Lucas. He is an avid screenwriter, studier of world events and Chicago Bears fan. He also enjoys running, studying world history and playing with his kids.
Julius served on the Osceola County Parks and Recreation Advisory Committee, Hogar CREA International Advisory Board, Four Corners Charter School Board, Osceola County Value Adjustment Board, Vocational Advisory Committee, Hispanic Business Council and Osceola Chamber of Commerce. In September he was appointed by Senator Marco Rubio to serve on the Regional Service Academy Nomination Board. Previously he served as an assistant cross-country coach at Poinciana High School.
